Fruits

Just take one-fourth of one ounce daily, and this  food can help you to reduce your blood pressure. It is delicious way to keep healthy. Besides chocolate, we also have avocados. These two contents can reduce your risk for having heart disease.

For those who want to lose weight, grapefruit is an alternative. Before taking meal, try to eat half od a grapefruit. It helps you to slim down faster, a study says. It contains fat burning properties which has great effect on insulin levels and your blood sugar. Grapefruit is also rich of its immunity-boosting antioxidants, filling and hydrating benefits. Eat grapefruit with egg or yogurt. If you take prescription drugs, consult with your doctors first before taking any grapefruits.

Garlic
